Mr. Lombardi has been a director since September 2005 and is the chairperson of LCC�s audit committee. From 1998 to present, Mr. Lombardi has been a self-employed consultant providing services for various telecommunications entities, such as AT&T and NetCom Solutions. He was president of AT&T Government Markets, a company that engages in government contracts for network integration capabilities, professional services and advanced technologies, from 1993 to 1997. In addition to having been president of AT&T Government Markets, Mr. Lombardi was vice president of AT&T Federal Systems and vice president of the AT&T Southern Region from 1988 to 1993 and 1985 to 1988, respectively. Mr. Lombardi also served as a director and chairperson of the audit and operations committee at NetCom Solutions International, Inc., a network services and logistics integration company, from 1998 to 2004. Since 1995, Mr. Lombardi has served on the executive committee of the Computer & Communications Industry Association, a nonprofit membership organization for companies in the computer, Internet, information technology and telecommunications industries, including serving one year as its chairperson, since 1995. |
