Richard Sulpizio has served as a director since August 2005. Mr. Sulpizio retired in July 2001 as President and COO from QUALCOMM, INC., a NASDAQ-listed wireless communication company. After his retirement, QUALCOMM asked Mr. Sulpizio to serve as President of QUALCOMM China from May 2002 to March 2003, and then as President of QUALCOMM Europe from January to September 2004. In March 2005, Mr. Sulpizio returned, and served until December 2005, as President and CEO of MediaFLO, USA, Inc, a QUALCOMM subsidiary, chartered with bringing multimedia services to the wireless industry. Before joining QUALCOMM, Mr. Sulpizio spent eight years with Unisys Corporation, a diversified computer and electronics company, and 10 years with Fluor Corporation, an engineering and construction company. Mr. Sulpizio was a member of the Board of Directors of QUALCOMM, INC., from 2000 until 2007. Mr. Sulpizio is on the advisory board of the University of California San Diego�s Sulpizio Family Cardiovascular Center and chairs the board of the Danny Thompson Memorial Leukemia Foundation. Mr. Sulpizio holds a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles, and an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California
