Robert has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, management, and business transactions working with both public and private technology companies. Robert has a proven track record of leading successful company mergers and acquisitions, establishing financial systems and, maximizing capital efficiencies, as well as building and managing cross-functional teams. Robert was recently the Vice President of Finance and Secretary at Conformative Systems, Inc., an XML acceleration server company, where he facilitated the successful acquisition of the company by Intel Corporation in 2005. Prior to Conformative, Robert was the Director of Finance at Crossroads Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise storage network solutions, where he was responsible for all facets of Financial Management, Treasury, SEC Reporting and Business Planning. Robert also played a key role in the company�s successful $80 million IPO as well as various strategic acquisitions and new business partnerships.
