Mr. Andrialis has more than 30 years of broad-based experience as an executive running large, multimedia information/publishing and professional service businesses. Before forming Mergent, Inc., and overseeing its purchase of the Financial Information Services division of Moody�s Investors Service, Mr. Andrialis was founding partner of Berwick Capital, a small private investment company established to acquire financial information businesses. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Warren, Gorham and Lamont, a subsidiary of Thomson Corp. Previously, at the Standard & Poor�s Corporation, he was the Executive Managing Director, U.S. Ratings Operations; Executive Vice President, Retail and Individual Investor Services; and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Andrialis led the migration of S&P from a print-dominated business to a provider of both electronic and print services, including the Marketscope product, an online/real-time information service for retail brokers and individual investors. He received his BA from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Richmond. |
