Mr. Lunde joined the board of UraniumCore in July of 2006 and became President in September of 2006.
Prior to joining UraniumCore, Mr. Lunde was CEO and a Director of RoomLinX Inc. from January 2001 to June 2005. Mr. Lunde and his team were responsible for growing the RoomLinX WI-FI installation business from a start-up to over two million dollars per year in sales. Mr. Lunde was instrumental in raising the capital to finance the Company�s installations and operations through private placement equity issues.
Prior to his appointment at RoomLinX, Mr. Lunde successfully provided corporate advice and financing assistance to various private and publicly traded companies. Mr. Lunde is President and Director of Rolar Consulting Inc., under which he conducts his corporate consulting business. |
