As executive vice president of global sales and services, Rob leads SelectMinds� worldwide field and sales operations and the company�s value-added client services division. In this role, Rob ensures that sales, services and marketing seamlessly communicate and deliver on the value of SelectMinds� corporate social networking solutions to both clients and the marketplace at large. A seasoned software executive, Rob brings with him more than 20 years of sales, services and marketing management experience, having led several organizations through significant periods of growth. Prior to joining SelectMinds, Rob was vice president, worldwide business development with Performance Assessment Network (pan), a human capital management solutions provider of online testing and assessments. Prior to pan, Rob served as vice president, sales and field marketing at Taleo, a leading provider of talent management solutions. Under Rob�s leadership, Taleo experienced significant growth, with revenues more than doubling each year. Rob has also held senior sales and services positions with Cisco Systems, Parametric Technology Corporation, and EDS. Rob is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications. |
