Since January 2003, Mr. Maheu has served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of CRA International, Inc., a consulting firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Maheu retired in July 2002 from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Maheu was a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to July 2002. Mr. Maheu was a founding member of Coopers & Lybrand�s board of partners. Following the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand in 1998, Mr. Maheu served on both the U.S. and global boards of partners and principals of PricewaterhouseCoopers until June 2001. |
