Ronald W. Cooley has been a Director of the Company since 2001. Mr. Cooley is the principal owner of Cooley Enterprises a real estate development firm. He is also a real estate broker with O�Connor Realty a real estate brokerage firm and a developer with Crystal Village of Marysville another real estate development firm. All of these businesses operate in the Port Huron Michigan area. Mr. Cooley has served as a Board member and president of the Marysville Chamber of Commerce and Council member for the City of Marysville and was a member of the Board of Directors of The Commercial & Savings Bank of St. Clair County a commercial bank located in St. Clair Michigan until its sale in 1997. He is currently an advisory trustee for The Community Foundation of St. Clair County. Mr. Cooley is a member of the Board of Directors of Citizens First Foundation Inc. |
