Scott L. Rathfon, P.E., is a director and the Senior Vice President in charge of the Company�s Dover office. Mr. Rathfon is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the Delaware operation. He has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field. Mr. Rathfon has been with the Company since it began operations in 1997 and held a similar position with the Company�s predecessor starting in the Delaware office in 1987. |
