Signe Land Levine's areas of interest include: banking and lending, residential housing development, land use, commercial real estate, oil and gas leasing and title work and hard-rock mineral title work, and affordable housing. Signe is the author of Poison in Our Own Backyards: What Minnesota Legislators are Doing to Warn Property Purchasers of the Dangers of Former Clandestine Methamphetamine Labs,� which was published in the Spring 2005 issue of the William Mitchell Law Review, and reviewed in the Fall 2006 issue of the Real Estate Law Journal. She also served as a summer associate and winter law clerk at Leonard, Street and Deinard in 2005.
Prior to attending law school, Signe was an adjunct assistant professor of English at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
