Stephanie R. Stomberg has been with Cassiday Schade LLP since 1997 and has been a partner since 2005. Ms. Stomberg has a broad practice in civil litigation including professional liability, environmental/toxic injury and product liability. Ms. Stomberg has experience in both state and federal courts. In addition to various state and federal courts in Illinois, Ms. Stomberg has handled litigation in other states including Indiana and Iowa. She has also tried numerous cases in both Illinois and Indiana including cases involving claims of catastrophic injuries and major property damage. Ms. Stomberg has successfully defended hospitals, doctors and other health care professionals in numerous cases involving medical malpractice. Ms. Stomberg�s toxic injury practice has involved cases alleging exposure to hydrochloric acid, nickel, chromium, ethylene oxide, silicates, petroleum products and pesticides. She has also defended UST cases and environmental litigation arising from alleged ground and water contamination.
