Steve is an experienced CPA, having worked with a national firm for 12 years prior to joining Campbell, Benn, & Taylor in 1988 where he is in charge of the audit and accounting practice. He has audited various public, private, and non-profit companies. He has served clients in service industries, retail food service, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, financial services, and employee benefit plans. Steve's skills include other business services such as merger and acquisitions investigations, internal control and accounting procedure reviews, accounting system design and analysis and SOX 404 consulting. In addition to audits, Steve is a peer reviewer for the American Institute of CPAs. As such, he reviews other CPA firms� compliance with quality controls and audit procedures. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Center for Employee Ownership. |
