Mr. Dickson joined Wisconsin Energy Corporation and Wisconsin Electric (doing business as We Energies) as controller in April 2000. Prior to joining the companies, he had served in the same position with Wisconsin Gas since 1998.
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Dickson was the director of Arthur Andersen�s Business Risk Consulting Services. He joined Arthur Andersen in 1983 as part of the Audit and Business Assurance division and was promoted to manager in 1988.
Mr. Dickson graduated from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Okla., in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985 and passed the Certified Internal Audit exam in 1997.
Mr. Dickson is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
