Steve Buck is the owner and founder of MR Atlanta-Lanier. Steve served in a variety of senior management positions in credit, portfolio and sales in his 27 years in Commercial Lending. Working for companies such as Westinghouse Credit Corp, Chrysler Financial., NationsCredit and Bank of America he learned first hand the importance of building a solid team of top performers.

In his 7 years as a recruiter he has worked with most of the national and local specialty finance firms located in Atlanta as well as most of the other major US cities. Initially focused exclusively in asset-based, factoring, and distribution finance, he has now expanded nationally into small business, commercial middle market, SBA, and other mainstream bank lending positions.

Steve has been a member of the Commercial Finance Association, NACM, and other business related organizations. He is a board member and Treasurer of a local non-profit, and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
