Steven Hindmarsh is managing director of INTEC Engineering�s Asia Pacific operations, responsible for the corporate management and development of the company�s business activities throughout Southeast Asia and Australasia.
Hindmarsh joined INTEC in 2002 and previously served as managing director of Kvaerner Oil & Gas Australia, also responsible for its business in Southeast Asia and Australasia.
His nearly 30 years of oil and gas experience includes four years with a major operator developing and maintaining offshore oil and gas fields and nearly 25 years managing engineering and construction offices and divisions. Countries of operation include The Netherlands, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Australia.
Projects under his leadership at INTEC have included Chevron�s Gorgon Upstream Development Studies; BHP/BP�s Minerva Gas Pipeline detailed design in the Bass Straits of Australia; and BHP/BP�s Australian Stybarrow FPSO/subsea pre-feasibility studies.
Hindmarsh holds a master�s degree in structural design from Cranfield Institute of Technology in England. Hindmarsh is a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia, and his professional memberships include the Institute of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Management. |
