Steve Holman is Vice President and General Counsel of MMA Renewable Ventures. He is responsible for the oversight of all legal affairs and plays an active role in the company�s business development efforts. Previously, Mr. Holman was a partner with the law firm Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where he represented some of the energy industry�s leading producers in connection with their project development, financing and M&A transactions, including Calpine, Orion Power, Reliant, TXU and Invenergy. Prior to that, Mr. Holman was an attorney with the law firm Hogan & Hartson where he also focused on energy transactional matters. With over 13 years of experience, he has represented public and private companies in over $6 billion of energy project development, financing and acquisition transactions. Mr. Holman holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University. |
