Steve McKee is responsible for Merkle�s Operational Excellence initiatives, which encompass process design, process improvement, quality, knowledge management, workforce development, education, training and internal systems. In this role, Steve has led multiple internal innovations including the relaunch of Merkle University, the creation of Merkle�s global knowledge management platform, the implementation of internal reference-ability, and the establishment of Merkle�s O2 - Operations Assessment process.
Prior to serving in this role, Steve spearheaded Merkle�s implementation of ITIL�s Service Management framework and he led the launch of ClientNet, Merkle�s integrated client portal solution.
Steve has over 20 years of DbM operations experience, including senior management roles at Wiland Services, Neodata, Concepts Direct, Prime Response and Paladian Enterprises. Steve holds a BSBA in general business from the University of Denver. |
