Steve Kohn, president of Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, joined the company in 1996 as a Principal and Managing Director, and soon thereafter became responsible for the company�s Capital Markets Group. Sonnenblick-Goldman Company is one of the premier real estate investment banks, specializing in the financing and sale of commercial real estate worldwide. Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Goldman, he was Vice President of Wexford Management LLC, a private equity fund. Mr. Kohn�s responsibilities included overseeing real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, loan workouts and dispositions of various property types throughout the United States. Before assuming his position at Wexford, Mr. Kohn was president of Trafalgar House Real Estate, Inc., the U.S. commercial real estate development subsidiary of Trafalgar House Plc, a multi-billion dollar conglomerate based in London.

Mr. Kohn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from Bucknell University, where he has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Alumni and as President of the Alumni Chapter of New York. Mr. Kohn is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Community Advisory Group and serves on the New York City ULI District Council Executive Committee. Mr. Kohn is an associate board member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), a member of the Wharton Real Estate Center Advisory Board, the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
