Steve Young joined the company in 2002 and serves as the company�s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Young's responsibilities include investment policy and strategy, treasury management, asset allocation, and regulatory investment compliance. Prior to joining Century Surety Company in 2002, Mr. Young was a principal with Stonehenge Partners, a private equity and investment banking firm that helped fund the acquisition of the company on 2000. In addition, he was employed as a director at Banc One Capital Corporation and worked as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Young earned a B.S. in accounting from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a CPA (inactive status). |
