Mr. Steven Levy joined MEARS Technologies, Inc. as its Chief Executive Officer in February of 2007 and brings to the Company his comprehensive experience of successfully growing and strengthening technologically dynamic companies. In 1991, Mr. Levy co-founded Macgregor with Rolando Rabines and continued working there until 2006, having led the sale of the financial technology firm to ITG for approximately $250m. As CEO of Macgregor, he provided trade order management and networking solutions to the asset management and brokerage industry. Mr. Levy�s ability to create new revenue sharing models within the industry allowed Macgregor to gain a greater portion of the value they were delivering than traditional technology providers. |
