Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He was a Tax Partner, a CFO with a National Specialty Construction Company, a CFO of a Commercial Leasing company and the CFO of a National Medi-Spa company. In addition, he has been involved in the acquisition and sales of over 50 companies, managed a muti-million dollar asset portfolio and CFO of two publicly traded companies.



Steve has a MBA (Honors) from Regis University- Denver Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. He is currently a member of the American Institute of CPA�s and the Colorado Society of CPA�s. He is past President of the Northern Chapter of CPA�s and President of the Boulder Colorado Lions Club.



Steve is an expert in strategic planning, finance, accounting, taxation and entity issues. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Silver State Helicopters and is on the Board of Directors of a Venture Capital Group.
