For 25 years, Susan Sprehn has been involved in the accounting and financing of real estate development in the southwest Florida region. Her industry expertise encompasses overall development operations as well as the financing of real estate from land purchase through vertical construction. She joined the Fort Myers office of North American Properties in 1997 to oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning and tax planning. Sprehn is also responsible for securing all construction loans and permanent financing for the office. Prior to joining North American Properties, Sprehn served as vice president of finance and operations for Riverwood Land Company, an affiliate of Mariner Group. She also worked for 10 years at U.S. Home Corporation. Sprehn graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor�s degree in accounting. |
