Suzette Massie joined Carreker in December 2004 as President of Carreker�s Global Payments Consulting Division. Ms. Massie has more than 14 years of experience as a consultant for leading financial institutions. She was previously a partner in Accenture, Ltd.�s financial services practice. At Accenture she was a leader in the areas of Back Office, Payments, Branch Technologies, Core Deposits, Treasury and Customer Servicing for both Retail and Commercial Banking clients. Her clients have included a majority of the top 10 banks in North America, many regional banks and some international financial institutions. Working closely with these institutions, her experiences ranged from directing the strategic planning, design and delivery of new product innovations, to designing new business processes for both customer-facing and customer servicing areas, to leadership in some of the largest merger & acquisition events in North America. |
