Mr. Laugerud became the CEO of CIBER Europe in January 2003 following CIBER�s acquisition of ECsoft Group plc. Mr. Laugerud had been serving as a non-executive director of ECsoft up to May 2002 following his six years as CEO of company from 1994 to 2000. With over 20 years of experience in the IT services business Mr. Laugerud is enjoying the challenging of expanding CIBER�s presence in Europe.
