Employment Litigation
Labor and Employment
W. Terrence Kilroy chairs the firm's Labor and Employment practice group and has over 31 years of experience in a wide range of labor law subjects, including NLRB matters, management-union relationships, union avoidance, union campaigns and collective bargaining. Additionally, Mr. Kilroy advises clients in the health care, manufacturing and transportation industries and his experience encompasses Equal Employment Opportunity litigation, wrongful discharge litigation, preventive labor law, drug testing, employer negligence, disability discrimination and accommodation, occupational safety and health (OSHA), AIDS, polygraphs, and employees' privacy rights.
Mr. Kilroy has served as labor counsel for numerous national and major Kansas City companies.
