Terri McLaughlin joined Smith Anderson in 1999 as Manager of Human Resources with over 15 years experience in corporate human resource management. Ms. McLaughlin�s experience is broad based with a strong emphasis in the areas of benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Prior corporate positions include Procter & Gamble, General Instrument Corporation and Litton Applied Technology. Before her relocation to North Carolina, Ms. McLaughlin directed all aspects of Human Resources and Customer Service Training in her role as Assistant Vice President with AAA New Jersey Automobile Club. In addition to serving as a human resource consultant to several community based non-profit organizations, Ms. McLaughlin is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She received a B.S. in Business Management, cum laude from Kean College of New Jersey (Kean University). |
