Firm Position Terry is a partner in the Audit and Accounting Services Group and the Harrisburg Office Managing Partner. He also is the Co-Leader of our Financial Institution Services Group. Professional Experience Terry has 27 years of experience in accounting and private industry, including 12 years with an international accounting firm. He has served a variety of closely held and publicly held entities in various industries, including financial institutions, insurance, manufacturing, and distribution. His responsibilities in the audit and accounting group include the coordination of the annual audit, assistance with financial statement preparation, consultation on accounting and reporting matters, and assistance with merger and acquisition activities. Terry is also experienced in all aspects of SEC reporting and filings under both the 1933 and 1934 Acts, communications with the SEC and initial public offerings.
