Thom Geshay, Senior Vice President Business Development, rejoined the company in 2007. Thom�s primary responsibility will be to grow the company through acquisitions, third party management contracts and new development opportunities as well as generating new equity and debt relationships. Thom returns to Davidson from Tarsadia Hotels where he was the Senior Vice President responsible for acquisitions and development of new properties. Prior to Tarsadia, Thom was with Davidson over 18 years and held a variety of positions: General Manager at several properties, Regional Vice President Operations, Vice President Sales and Marketing and Vice President Business Development. Thom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. |
