Thomas W. Frentz concentrates in civil litigation, with particular attention to bankruptcy and domestic relations cases in Kentucky and Indiana. He has been involved in complicated litigation with insurers, financial institutions and governmental agencies. These cases have ranged from the failed Kentucky Central Insurance Company to multimillion dollar bond disputes with privately owned nursing homes. Much of Mr. Frentz�s bankruptcy practice evolves from his 1988 appointment by the United States Justice Department as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee. He also served as law clerk to Judge Thomas A. Ballantine, Jr. (U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky-1977 to 1979) and to Judge Boyce F. Martin, Jr. (Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals-1979 to 1980).Mr. Frentz is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and Indiana Bar Associations as well as the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. |
