Mr. O�Connor joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1993. He is currently Executive Vice President and Head of Production for NorthMarq�s eastern offices. His responsibilities include supervising all production-related activity as well as being the primary liaison for the company's correspondent investors. At LMRES, Mr. O�Connor was a member of the Executive Management Committee and Executive Staff. Mr. O�Connor transferred to LMRES from a related company, Dorman & Wilson, Inc., where he had functioned as the President, Chief Production Officer and New Jersey Regional Manager. Mr. O'Connor has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate, both as a lender and a mortgage banker, is a graduate of Fordham University and has also attended the University of Connecticut Law School and graduate school. |
