Tom acts as ThinkFire�s General Counsel and manages a team of intellectual property attorneys.
Tom was previously Director of Patents for Intel Corporation, where he was responsible for managing Intel's worldwide patent portfolio and overseeing patent analysis in support of licensing and litigation matters. Tom also handled many of Intel's major patent lawsuits.
Prior to Intel, he was a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Spensley Horn Jubas & Lubitz, where he specialized in intellectual property law with an emphasis on high technology-related litigation. |
