Mr. Kuceravy has over 25 years of power generation industry experience
providing consulting engineering and technical advisory services to
electric utilities, independent power producers, investment banks, and
lending institutions. He has extensive experience as project manager in
managing and performing technical, operational and maintenance, and
commercial reviews of numerous independent power projects in support
of acquisitions and financings. His broad experience includes owner�s
engineering, asset valuations, plant commissioning/startup testing,
operation and maintenance programs/procedures, licensing, and design
review of power plants. His experience spans gas, nuclear, coal, and oil-fired
power generation facilities, cogeneration plants, geothermal
projects, and reciprocating engine power plants. He has extensive
international experience and is fluent in Czech and Slovak.

Acquisitions and Financing. Mr. Kuceravy managed, performed an
independent engineering review and prepared a due diligence report for
the 830 MW Frontier combined cycle power plant, the 720 MW Wolf
Hollow combined cycle power plant, and the 315 MW Commonwealth
Chesapeake oil-fired power plant. He has performed due diligence
analysis for the 750 MW Comanche 3 coal fired plant, the 32 MW Piney
Creek coal fired power plant, the 1220 MW Kiowa power plant, and the
Sharyland 150 MW HVDC transmission interconnect project, among
others. He has also conducted a fatal flaw due diligence review for a 115
MW reciprocating engine peaking power plant.
Operations and Maintenance Reviews. Mr. Kuceravy has performed
O&M and budget reviews of many power generating facilities, focusing
on prudent operational programs and maintenance activities that support
the power generating requirements and ensure a reliable and efficient
plant operation. He takes a comprehensive approach to reviewing the
plant�s operating performance and focuses on the programmatic practices
to optimize asset value.
Other. Mr. Kuceravy has provided consulting and technical assistance to
domestic and international nuclear power generating plants that included
contract review and negotiations, plant licensing assistance, operations
and maintenance program development, and plant design reviews.
