Mr. Wally Walter is Vice President of Applications Engineering. He has over 20 years experience in leading the development of complex embedded systems, particularly in wireless data and GPS-tracking applications.Prior to joining MobiApps, Mr. Walter was the Product Team Leader of Qualcomm�s GlobalTRACS tracking/monitoring solution and Director of Product Development at Orbcomm for Caterpillar�s Product Link System. Previously, he led large engineering teams in missile and submarine systems development at Northrop and SAIC.Mr. Walter holds a BS in Computer Engineering from California Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has filed a patent in small file data compression, optimized for wireless applications. |
