Wesley joined NorthMarq Capital in 1995. Wesley is proficient in complex and structured capital transactions working with both capital sources and clients. He earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is President of the North Texas CCIM Chapter with 400 real estate members in North Texas. He also served as Chairman of the NorthMarq Analyst Council in 2004-2005 (earning the NorthMarq Excellence Award). Wesley currently serves on 3 Real Estate Boards in North Texas: NTCCIM, Real Estate Financial Executives Association (REFEA) and NTCAR. Wesley also serves as a Plans (Operations) Officer (promotion to Major pending) in the U.S. Army National Guard and served in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master�s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate. |
