Willy Pirtle is Vice President of Sales for Shentel. Mr. Pirtle is also responsible for Shentel�s Converged Services organization focusing on Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) sales in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. He joined the Company in 1992 as Vice President of Network Services responsible for Shentel�s technology decisions, and maintenance and operation of its networks telephone, cable, cellular, paging and fiber optics. He helped launch Shentel�s Internet business in 1994, and led its participation in its wireless PCS business beginning in 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
