Mr. William Decker became our Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman in October 2005. William Decker is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Prior to his retirement in July 2005, Mr. Decker was the Senior Partner in charge of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP�s Global Capital Markets Group. He led a team of more than 300 professionals in 25 countries which provide technical support to non-US companies on SEC regulations, US GAAP conversions and assistance with Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He was also one of PricewaterhouseCoopers� lead authorities on Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Previously, Mr. Decker served as the lead SEC partner responsible for Coopers & Lybrand's domestic and foreign SEC practice.
Mr. Decker graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1968 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. |
