Bill McCaffrey, the newest member of the team, is vice president of operations and brand leader for Mama Fu�s and comes with extensive restaurant, franchise and leadership experience. While he is new to the corporate team, he is not new to Raving Brands: he has been a Moe�s Southwest Grill franchisee for over a year. McCaffrey oversees all aspects of and operations of the Mama Fu�s brand and system and plays an active role in daily operations. He leads all areas of the Mama Fu�s business including corporate strategy, marketing, finance, franchise support, training and customer service. McCaffrey came to Raving Brands after nearly two decades at YUM Brands where he was a franchise business leader. He was responsible for the operational excellence, annual planning and contract compliance in single and multi-brand franchise owned restaurants. In addition to his experience with YUM Brands, McCaffrey served previously as director of franchising for Marriot Corporation, director of franchise operations for Wendy�s International, Inc. and senior director of operations for Victoria Station, Inc. McCaffrey, who lives in Atlanta with his wife and youngest son, earned a bachelor�s degree in business administration from Franklin University. |
