Previously Chairman and a Director of KSB Bancorp, Inc. (KSB) since its formation in 1993, Mr. Robinson became a Director of Camden National Corporation concurrent with its acquisition of KSB in December 1999. Mr. Robinson also served as a Director of Kingfield Bank (Kingfield) since 1976 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 1986. Concurrent with Kingfield�s merger with United Bank in February 2000, Mr. Robinson became Chairman and a Director of the newly formed UnitedKingfield Bank. Mr. Robinson was named a Director of Camden National Bank in January 2006. Mr. Robinson has been President of Timber Resource Group LLC, a forest products firm based in Farmington, Maine, since 1998. |
